Bespoke Straps

Thank you for choosing our bespoke straps. Each strap is meticulously crafted to meet your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke straps, please note that bespoke straps are non-refundable.

Order Modifications: Any changes to bespoke strap orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Exception: We strive to ensure that every bespoke strap meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you receive a strap that is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair or replacement of the strap.

Ready Stock Straps

Return Period: Ready stock straps can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in unused and original condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned strap, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a ready stock strap, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs: If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
